The Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church
The Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, also known as the Indian Orthodox Church, is a living legacy of faith, founded by St. Thomas, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ, who arrived on the shores of India in A.D. 52. Rooted deeply in the soil of India, this autonomous Oriental Orthodox Church continues to thrive.
