M.G.M H. S. School Bokaro Launches ‘Vimochan’ to Vocationally Empower Prison Inmates

In a heartwarming initiative that radiates hope and compassion, Mar Gregorios Memorial Higher Secondary School in Bokaro unveiled its transformative outreach programme, Vimochan, aimed at the vocational empowerment of prison inmates at the District Jail in Chas, Bokaro. The project, inaugurated today, as part of the Birth Centenary celebrations of its founder, Bishop Dr. Stephanos Mar Theodosius and also to commemorate the Ruby Jubilee of the School, stands as a beacon of social responsibility, reflecting the school’s commitment to giving back to society by uplifting those in need. The project was inaugurated by Shri Arunabh Kumar, District Jail Superintendent, Bokaro in presence of Fr. Dr. Joshi Varghese (Principal, MGM H.S. School); Fr. Dinu M. Daniel (Principal, St. Mary’s Nursery School, Bokaro); Mr. P.E. Eapen (Treasurer, MGM Bokaro), Mr. N.K. Sharma (Jailor, District Jail) and Mr. Ranveer (instructor) .
