H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan Visits Family of Sr. Preethy Mary

H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan paid a visit to the family of Sr. Preethy Mary, who was attacked by religious fanatics with alleged support from local authorities and imprisoned for nine days in Durg Central Jail. During the visit, Thirumeni witnessed the family’s distress, particularly their concern for Sr. Preethy Mary’s well-being and further proceedings of the issue. The family found solace in knowing that Thirumeni resides in Bhilai and would visit the nuns upon returning to Bhilai. On the occasion local parish priests, Sr. Preethy Mary’s brothers, and other family members were present during the visit.
