H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan Lays Foundation Stone for New Chapel at Makodiya

Makodiya : H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan laid the foundation stone for the new chapel at Makodiya. The chapel project is sponsored by Mar Gregorios Orthodox Cathedral, Bhilai, and MGM Senior Secondary School, Bhilai. The foundation stone laying ceremony took place after the Holy Qurbana and the faithful from Bhilai, Itarsi, Sarni, Bhopal, and nearby regions were present on the occasion. The event was graced by the presence of Very Rev. Shaji M. Baby Cor-episcopa, Rev. Fr. M. J. Mathew, Rev. Fr. Kurian John, Rev. Fr. Shaji Joshua, Rev. Fr. Shaiju Philip, Rev. Fr. Gemcy Eappen, Rev. Fr. Peter Paul, Rev. Fr. Jijin Sam James, and Rev. Dn. Febin Mathew Philip. This new chapel is a part of the proposed retreat centre envisioned as part of the Mar Theodosius Birth Centenary Projects.
