Feast of St. Gregorios of Parumala Celebrated at Mar Gregorios Orthodox Church, Sagar (M.P.)

Sagar: The annual feast of St. Gregorios of Parumala and the Late Lamented H.G. Stephanos Mar Theodosius Metropolitan was celebrated at Mar Gregorios Orthodox Church, Sagar on the 8th and 9th of November with great devotion and spiritual fervor. The Chief Celebrant for the feast was Rev. Fr. Anish Joseph Varghese, who led the Holy Qurbana and delivered the feast message, highlighting the saintly life and enduring spiritual legacy of Parumala Thirumeni and Theodosius Thirumeni . The services were marked by heartfelt prayers, devotional songs, and the active participation of the faithful from Sagar and nearby areas. Under the able leadership of Rev. Fr. Sajin Thomas (Vicar), and with the dedicated efforts of Mr. Biju C. Thomas (Trustee), Mr. Koshy George (Secretary), and all the Committee members, the feast arrangements were carried out in an exemplary manner. The event reflected the unity, commitment, and spiritual zeal of the parish community. The celebrations concluded with the traditional nercha and benediction, leaving the faithful spiritually enriched and inspired by the life and intercession of St. Gregorios of Parumala.
