Core Committee
A core committee of individuals from various fields were constituted under the leadership of President H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius to prepare a road map for the future policies and decisions related with educational institutions of the dioceses and mission. The main thrust of the CTC (Core and Transforming Committee) is to take decisions related with administrative, real estate, centralized management system, Finance management and Audit, Academic Audit, Integration of Technology and Growth Strategies, Legal compliances, Formulation of H.R policies, Cost Optimization and Control Measures, Data and Documentation.
