As a part of Capacity Building program by CBSE an inhouse training of 6 hours was conducted at MGM Public School, Ghuru, Bilaspur on 30 March, 2026, Saturday, on the topic “Classroom Management” The workshop aimed to equip teachers with effective strategies to manage classrooms efficiently and enhance the overall learning experience of students.
The session was inaugurated by the Education Officer of the MGM Group of Schools, Rev. Fr. Reji C. Varghese. In his inaugural address, he highlighted that teaching is not merely a profession but a mission, especially in uplifting slow learners and bringing them into the mainstream of academic success. His inspiring words set a meaningful tone for the entire session.
The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Ancy Varghese, CBSE resource person and the Principal of MGM Public School, Bhilai. The session was interactive and engaging, with teachers actively participating in various discussions and activities. It focused on practical approaches to classroom management, including maintaining discipline, fostering student engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.
