Goa : The 17th Annual Meet of the Heads of MGM Group of Institutions, organized under the aegis of the Calcutta Diocesan Mission Education Institutions, successfully concluded at the Pride Resort in Goa. This two-day seminar- cum- workshop, held from January 16 to 17, brought together heads of institutions from over 36 schools under the MGM Group of Institutions. The event was inaugurated by H. G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan (Director, MGM Group of Institutions). The seminar featured two renowned resource persons, Mr. Ashok Ganguly (former chairman of CBSE) and Mr. M.O. Kuriakose (Scholar consultancy) who led insightful sessions on topics pertinent to contemporary education. The main themes of the seminar were:
1. High Impact School Leadership in the Era of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.
2. Techniques for Establishing a School as a Centre of Excellence.
The interactive sessions offered practical insights and strategies for school heads to adapt to the evolving educational landscape. The event concluded on January 17 with Rev. Fr. Reji C. Varghese (Diocesan Education Officer) proposing the vote of thanks.
