Bhilai: The Diocese of Calcutta celebrated the Republic Day with great fervor as Rev. Fr. Reji C. Varghese (DEO), unfurled the national flag at the diocesan headquarters.

The ceremony was attended by Rev. Fr. Joel Mathew, Rev. Fr. Stegin John Mathew, Rev. Sr. Ludia, Rev. Sr. Grace, students and staff of Jeevan Jyothi Balawadi and staff of Santhome Printing Press, Bhilai. Rev. Fr. Reji C. Varghese delivered an inspiring speech. The children of Jeevan Jyothi Balawadi added to the celebratory atmosphere by reciting patriotic poems and delivering speeches. Sweets were distributed among the gathering.
