Kuwait: The Marth Mariam Vanitha Samajam (MMVS) โ Kuwait Zone successfully organized a Zonal-Level Creative Short Story Writing Competition, which witnessed active participation from MMVS members across all four parishes. The competition was held under three categories โ Juniors, Pre-Seniors, and Seniors.
The event was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Mathew Thomas, MMVS Zonal President & Associate Vicar of St. Gregorios Indian Orthodox Church and was felicitated by Rev. Fr. Aju K. Varghese, Vicar of St. Basil Orthodox Church. Blessings and support of Rev. Fr. Dr. Biju Parackal, Rev. Fr. Abraham PJ, and Rev. Fr. Jeffin Varghese added great encouragement and vibrancy to the occasion.
The competition was conducted in both English and Malayalam languages, centered on the theme โThe Impact of COVID on My Lifeโ (โEnte Jeevithathil COVIDinte Swadheenamโ). The event was efficiently coordinated by Mrs. Saramma Johns (Zonal Secretary), Mrs. Tisa Roy (Treasurer), and Mrs. Jojy Jacob (Zonal Competition Coordinator), in collaboration with the unit coordinatorsโ team. The results of the competition will be announced later.
